Hello sir,i'm a student and thx to ur excellent tutorial, i was able to install ffmpeg-php on my windows. Now im stuck wiz z video upload/encoding part. really wanted 2 know it..tried out simple exec commands..bt no idea how to produce sumfin like u did in z video above. cud u help pls..thk u

Its a nice tutorial for my Windows XP configuration, But on my x64 Windows 2003 its not work.

Its easy fix. Google it for "location of windows x64 system folder" and you will know what you missed.:)
